Hannah & Henry are proud to offer an extended warranty period of six months on all our products. We stand behind each and every bag that we make. Our bags are handmade with love and crafted from the finest quality materials.
In the unlikely event that you have an issue with a defect in material or workmanship within six months (or close to that!) of purchase we’ll repair or replace it with a new one and cover the postage to ship it back out to you!
The warranty applies to products used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended, however our bags like all bags no matter what their function are not indestructible and our warranty doesn’t apply to damage caused by normal wear and tear, or neglect.
If you have a question or a warranty claim please reach out to the customer service via email at: firstname.lastname@example.org to complete the relevant documentation and organise an exchange. A receipt and/or proof of purchase is required.
