The Express Shipping option within Australia is an additional cost of $9.99

All orders to NZ are shipped Express for Free.


 * Same Day Dispatch - Orders must be placed by 1pm AEST Monday to Friday.


All orders receive full tracking information, communicated via email at time of dispatch.

1-4 business days for delivery within Australia

4-10 business days for delivery to Rest of World


Express Shipping Times

1-2 business days for delivery within Australia

2-6 business days for delivery to New Zealand

4-10 business days for delivery to Rest of World




If an item is listed as pre-order it will not ship until after the specified estimated dispatch date. If your order includes in stock items and pre-order items, your order will not be sent until all items are in stock.


International Orders - Duties & Taxes

Please note that all international orders may be subject to duties and taxes upon arrival into the destination country.

Hannah & Henry has no authority or influence over these charges which are payable to the receiver, upon arrival. These charges are determined by the local customs authority, and we are unable to estimate the total amount in your shopping cart.

Please note that many countries have specific import restrictions on certain products or materials and it is the responsibility of the customer to check local customs regulations before placing an order for shipping outside of Australia. 

Hannah & Henry does not offer any assistance in this process. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

Hannah & Henry will not be responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international returns. 


Shipping Delays

Please note that your order may be subject to delays outside of our control as a result of customs clearances, holiday periods or the remote nature of your delivery location. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend opting for Express Delivery where possible. 


Lost Parcels

Hannah & Henry offers tracking for all orders, but can not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit. If your parcel goes missing, you will be required to lodge a formal complaint as the owner of the parcel with the relevant delivery service (Australia Post).

If you have entered the incorrect address for delivery, your parcel will be delivered back to us, and we can re-ship to the correct address at an additional shipping cost.
