The Medium Chelsea is approximately 35 × 31 × 14 cm and weighs about 1.18 kg (2.6 lb). It is designed primarily for everyday use, lighter packing and one child, and fits most laptops up to 14 inches.

The Large Chelsea is approximately 41 × 36 × 18 cm and weighs about 1.36 kg (3.0 lb). Its extra capacity is better suited to travel, longer days, additional gear or regularly packing for two children, and it fits most laptops up to 16 inches.

The Large Chelsea is the size we recommend when regularly carrying supplies for two children. Its larger size gives you more room for additional nappies, wipes, clothes, bottles, snacks and toddler essentials.

It is the better Chelsea size when you regularly pack for two children or want more room for travel.

Hannah & Henry currently ships only to Australia and New Zealand. Orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse.

Standard shipping is free on all orders, and New Zealand orders are currently shipped free via Express Shipping. Visit our Shipping page for the latest delivery information.

Standard shipping within Australia is free and generally takes 1–4 business days.

Express Shipping within Australia costs an additional $9.99 and generally takes 1–2 business days.

Orders placed by 1 pm AEST Monday to Friday are eligible for same-day dispatch under the current shipping policy.

Orders to New Zealand are currently shipped free via Express Shipping. Express delivery is generally estimated at 3–7 business days, while the current Shipping page also lists 4–10 business days for standard delivery to New Zealand.

New Zealand orders may be subject to duties and taxes on arrival. These charges are determined by the local customs authority and are payable by the receiver.

Orders from the Australian store are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse.

Yes. All orders receive tracking information by email at the time of dispatch.

Delivery can occasionally be delayed by customs clearance, holiday periods or remote delivery locations. For time-sensitive Australian orders, Express Shipping is recommended where available.

If an item is listed as a pre-order, it will not ship until after the specified estimated dispatch date.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the full order will be sent once all items are in stock.

Hannah & Henry accepts eligible change-of-mind returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be in their original condition with labels and tags attached and must include proof of purchase. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the buyer.

Eligible refunds are processed within 7 business days after Hannah & Henry receives the returned item. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method.

Eligible change-of-mind items can be returned for exchange within the 30-day return period.

The current Returns Policy states that an exchange may be issued as credit to the value of the order, minus applicable shipping costs, so you can place a new order for the desired product.

Yes. Hannah & Henry bags include a 12-month warranty from the date the item is received.

Items reported as faulty are assessed individually and may be repaired, replaced or refunded depending on the circumstances.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear or the natural breakdown of materials through extended time and use.

Contact Hannah & Henry as soon as possible if you need to change an order.

If the warehouse has not already processed it, the team may be able to update the delivery address, phone number or email address, change an item colour or style when the price is the same, or upgrade Standard to Express Post.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.

Yes. Hannah & Henry offers Buy Now, Pay Later options including Afterpay and Zip for eligible purchases.
